Structural Insulated Glass Units

Oversized Insulated Glass Units
We manufacture large-format insulated glass units up to 5 m × 3 m, designed for projects that demand scale, clarity and precision. Every oversized unit is assembled with care and delivered nationwide using our LOLER-certified stillages and HIAB fleet.
Ceramic Painted Spandrel Units
We produce ceramic-painted spandrel units in any RAL colour, available with or without A1 fire rated insulated backing. Each unit provides a clean, durable façade finish that meets both aesthetic and fire-safety requirements.
Laminated Glass
We manufacture laminated glass in-house, available from 9.5 mm to 21.5 mm, with solar control, low-E, acoustic, heat-soak tested, heat-strengthened and toughened options. Every laminate is built for strength, safety and visual clarity.
Spacer Bar Systems
We use high-performance spacer bar systems including Chromatech, Warm Edge and Thermo Bar, designed to improve thermal efficiency and minimise condensation within our insulated glass units. Each system delivers long-term edge stability, reliable gas retention and consistent performance.

Yes. Every insulated glass unit we supply is manufactured in house in the UK. This ensures complete oversight of quality, compliance and lead times, with no reliance on imported sealed units.

A toggle ready IGU is a structural glass unit designed for use within curtain wall and façade systems where the glass is mechanically retained without visible pressure plates.
Each unit is manufactured with precise edge preparation to accommodate the structural silicone and toggles used in system installation, providing a clean, frameless appearance and proven long-term performance.
Do you manufacture laminated glass in-house?
Yes. Euroview operates an in-house lamination line, allowing us to produce bespoke laminated glass combinations.
We manufacture solar control, low-E, acoustic, heat soak tested, heat strengthened and toughened laminates ranging from 9.5mm to 21.5mm in thickness.
This flexibility ensures faster lead times and full control over quality and performance.
Do your insulated glass units meet UK and European standards?
Yes. All Euroview insulated glass units are manufactured and tested in accordance with BS EN 1279 (Insulating Glass Units) and BS EN 12150 / BS EN 14179 for thermally toughened and heat-soaked glass.
Our quality management system operates to ISO 9001, and our laminated products are P5A certified, ensuring compliance with the highest UK and European requirements.
Do you offer low-carbon or sustainable glass options?
Yes. Euroview supplies low-carbon insulated glass units using Saint-Gobain ORAÉ® and other sustainable glass types with up to 70% recycled content.
These materials significantly reduce embodied carbon while maintaining the same clarity, strength and coating performance as standard float glass.
