Where is Euroview Architectural Glass based?
Euroview Architectural Glass is based in Essex, United Kingdom, where all manufacturing, assembly and quality control take place. Our modern facility houses dedicated lines for cutting, toughening, laminating, heat soak testing and IGU assembly, allowing full control over production from start to finish.
Do you manufacture all insulated glass units in the UK?
Yes. Every insulated glass unit we supply is manufactured in house in the UK. This ensures complete oversight of quality, compliance and lead times, with no reliance on imported sealed units.
What types of insulated glass units do you manufacture?
We produce a full range of double, triple and shaped insulated glass units, as well as acoustic, fire rated, low-carbon, solar-control and structural (toggle-ready) configurations.
All units are built to order and manufactured to meet the specific performance and aesthetic requirements of each project.
What is the maximum size of insulated glass unit you can produce?
Our production lines can handle oversized IGUs up to 5 metres by 3 metres. These large-format units are designed for façades, curtain walling and architectural applications that demand scale, strength and optical precision.
What is a toggle-ready insulated glass unit?
A toggle ready IGU is a structural glass unit designed for use within curtain wall and façade systems where the glass is mechanically retained without visible pressure plates.
Each unit is manufactured with precise edge preparation to accommodate the structural silicone and toggles used in system installation, providing a clean, frameless appearance and proven long-term performance.
Do you manufacture laminated glass in-house?
Yes. Euroview operates an in-house lamination line, allowing us to produce bespoke laminated glass combinations.
We manufacture solar control, low-E, acoustic, heat soak tested, heat strengthened and toughened laminates ranging from 9.5mm to 21.5mm in thickness.
This flexibility ensures faster lead times and full control over quality and performance.
Do your insulated glass units meet UK and European standards?
Yes. All Euroview insulated glass units are manufactured and tested in accordance with BS EN 1279 (Insulating Glass Units) and BS EN 12150 / BS EN 14179 for thermally toughened and heat-soaked glass.
Our quality management system operates to ISO 9001, and our laminated products are P5A certified, ensuring compliance with the highest UK and European requirements.
Do you offer low-carbon or sustainable glass options?
Yes. Euroview supplies low-carbon insulated glass units using Saint-Gobain ORAÉ® and other sustainable glass types with up to 70% recycled content.
These materials significantly reduce embodied carbon while maintaining the same clarity, strength and coating performance as standard float glass.
